What?! No! We just heard there might be wedding bells in their future! Now this? Shame.
Westlife star Mark Feehily has split from his boyfriend Kevin MCDaidafter seven years together. Mark made the news official by, what else, posting about it on his Twitter page. He wrote on Saturday:
"Sadly, Kevin & I are no longer together. We've had an amazin 7yrs & are both so thankful for the love & support u (sic) have shown us from the start. We won't be answering any questions about this as its (sic) a very private matter. Thanks in advance for understanding that. Lots of love, Mx."
So sad! Literally, just a few weeks ago he was talking about marryingKevin and now …

The Westlife star talks about the traumatic bullying that took
place while he was at school
Westlife star Mark Feehily (31) has revealed he still gets
“anxious” as a result of bullying that took place 20 years ago.
Mark told how he was brutally punched, kicked and spat on at school
and he believes he was a target for bullies because he was slightly
“effeminate”, overweight and shy growing up in Sligo.
He revealed the bullying began after he started secondary school. “I
was quite a soft-spoken, shy boy and didn’t have the social skills to allow me
to blend in with new pupils and a new setting,” he said.
“That made me an easy target for bullies. The name-calling – on
account of my shyness and a touch of effeminate behaviour – was near enough
every other day. I was a little chubby then – this provided the bullies with
something else to target me for.” Mark, who revealed he was gay in 2005,
recalled some particularly traumatic incidents at school. “I remember one
incident, not too long after I started in the first year, when a boy pulled my
hair because he felt ‘disgusted’ just by looking at me,” he said.
“I suspect it was because I was slightly effeminate.” He added: “I
was beaten up quite badly on numerous occasions, being punched in the face and
then kicked repeatedly all over my body while I was on the ground, and spat on,
too.”
Mark admitted that he never confronted his bullies or sought help.
“One of my mottos in life is that you get the behaviour you tolerate,” he said.
“I never fought back against my bullies – the bullying simply became a fact of
daily life for me. I would just go into the toilets, for example, and cry.”
Mark is an anti-bullying campaigner and ambassador of the Irish
Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children as a result
of his experiences. The emotional scarring from bullying is horrific and
long-term,” he revealed. “I am 31-years-old, with my bullying having begun
about 20 years ago, and I can still become quite anxious when I am out at
night.”
